Fix crash when showing F6 NPC debug overlays with a disabled NPC on the map.

(Since recent changes to NPC collision detection code.)

Also fix only first two digits of IDs of disabled NPCs being shown. Use
darker colour rather than a minus sign to indicate disabled NPCs.
