[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Prevent "distribute game" from breaking for old stable versions when hróðvitnir releases (#1204)

As for the files in https://hamsterrepublic.com/ohrrpgce/archive/ it seems that the ones with the naming pattern ohrrpgce-player-win-$DATE-$CODENAME.zip have only exited for two stable releases and aren't actually used anywhere.

Perhaps we should get rid of that naming pattern, and re-purpose the ohrrpgce-minimal-$DATE-$CODENAME.zip files to actually be minimal, since they only really get used for the distribute game menu, or for people who are actually desperate to download an extra tiny zip (and they won't be mad if the zip gets smaller!)
