[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Prevent "distribute game" from breaking for old stable versions when hróðvitnir releases (#1204)

Better yet:
- deprecate https://hamsterrepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-player-win.zip
- Leave http://hamsterrepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-minimal.zip alone, it doesn't need to be involved
- Add new name http://hamsterrepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-player-win-minimal-sdl2.zip which is what distribute game will download in the future.
