[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Prevent "distribute game" from breaking for old stable versions when hróðvitnir releases (#1204)

Currently, https://HamsterRepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-player-win.zip is a symlink that points to https://HamsterRepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-minimal.zip which is in turn a symlink that points to https://HamsterRepublic.com/ohrrpgce/archive/ohrrpgce-minimal-2020-05-02-gorgonzola.zip

I propose to change the deprecated https://HamsterRepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-player-win.zip into a direct symlink to https://HamsterRepublic.com/ohrrpgce/archive/ohrrpgce-minimal-2020-05-02-gorgonzola.zip which will not change again.

Meanwhile, the ohrstable.sh script which updates the symlinks will still update https://HamsterRepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-minimal.zip to point to the new stable version.

get_windows_gameplayer() in distribmenu.bas will be changed to look for stable versions at http://HamsterRepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-minimal.zip which will actually make it a bit more consistent with the naming of the Linux and Mac stable versions which both have the word "minimal" in their urls.
