[Ohrrpgce] H codename?

Yes, if we go with Hróðvitnir we'll need to name the svn branch hrodvitnir
otherwise we'd at best be annoying ourselves, at worst, awful problems. In
that case distrib-win.bat in the hrodvitnir branch would need a minor patch
to use a hardcoded svn branch name.
The /DEBIAN/control file must be utf8 encoded, so I doubt a non-ascii
version code will be a problem there. (I did forget to update the debian
build script though.)
If necessary, hrodvitnir could be used in other places it's not displayed.
