OK, so it may be an option, but shall we go with Hróðvitnir or the popular
Hurdy-gurdy?

I think the pronunciation is somewhere between throw-the-vit-nish and
throw-the-vich-nish (soft 'ch' like in 'loch') and 'throw-the' naturally
run together into one syllable.

Oh boy, more trouble. I did figure out the other version proble, (turns out
FB has a builtin codepage 437 (English IBM PC) font). But I had to upgrade
to innosetup 5.6 unicode version (5.6 is the last version that runs on Win
2000 and XP; 5.5.x required for older OS, but I wouldn't care about
installers for those anymore), otherwise the installer wouldn't even run
due to the non-ascii .exe filename.
And README-custom.exe needs to be encoded in utf-8 WITH a BOM (which is
non-standard) or the setup would show the readme wrong. And it doesn't show
the version correctly in the title bar of the program if the system
codepage isn't Latin-1. But that's a minor problem.
Still other untested stuff that might break include the svn branch name
(maybe a problem in distrib-win.bat which checks it out? But
distrib-win.bat works fine otherwise), and debian package version.
