plotdict: two new ways to define aliases: multiple <canon>s and <altcommand>

Multiple <canon>s are for when you want to give multiple 'canon' lines with
alternative lists of arguments.

<altcommand> is similar but adds an 'Alias:' note, appears in command indexes,
and can be linked to.
