Change how the volume car length is decided, so it's always the same length for music and sfx options

I wasn't entirely happy with how it's done, and I'm still not. But using
different length bars for music and sfx seemed quite wrong. I would just
use the entire width of the menu, but that seems too much if the menu is really
wide
