Change default captions for Music Volume/Sound Volume to Music/Sound, and revert to only old Volume option in old games w/o sfx

Music Volume/Sound Volume were way too long relative to other menu items,
which I thought looked really bad in old games (especially if there were no
sound effects.)
Games edited in the last months of course may have the Music Volume/Sound Volume
captions in their global text strings, and won't be affected by the change
to the defaults.
