[Ohrrpgce] Deprecating the OUYA store support

The only other big divergence we have from commandergenius upstream is the
OUYA controller stuff-- that I don't want to rip out because it is actually
not that OUYA-specific, and works for FireTV and other Androids controllers.

I would like to clean that code up so it doesn't have ouya-specific button
names, and I still need to fix a bug that prevents certain D-pads on some
controllers from working.

The purchases in Don't Eat Soap and Crypt of Baconthulhu (and Mr The
Hamster's Math Class) were all optional donations, none of them were
required, and they didn't change gameplay in any way. A handful of people
did use them, but never enough to cross the $100 minimum payout threshold,
so I have never seen a check from them.
