[Ohrrpgce] Deprecating the OUYA store support

That's too bad. But on the bright side, OUYA support was a main difference
between our fork of the sdl1.2 commandergenius port and upstream (which
IIRC also added OUYA support). So this will make it a lot easier to merge
with upstream.

What were the purchases actually used for Don't Eat Soap and Baby Bob? So
they were free to play otherwise?
