[Ohrrpgce] Unable to type hero battle menu captions on Windows with gfx_sdl

RMZ spotted a bug with the hero battle menu editor.

This only seems to happen on Windows, and when using gfx_sdl

It is not possible to type in a custom caption for a battle menu item.

If you type something in another text field elsewhere in the editor, copy
it with CTRL+C and then go back to the battle menu editor, you can paste it
with CTRL+V

You can delete letters from the caption, but you cannot type new ones.
