Add script error checking for most hero commands. Added valid_hero_caterpillar_rank

Added errlvl arg to findhero. Notably, textbox conditionals for locking,
swapping, etc, heroes should now show warnings if the hero doesn't exist.

Luckily these commands all used low <= retval AND retval <= high checking.
Many of the remaining commands without error checking use bound(), which
needs to be treated carefully.
