Debug mode didn't really work: generally didn't show script errors.

genErrorLevel was still being used, at whatever its previous value was.
And it defaulted to only showing errors of serrBadOp or above.

Error levels now only have an effect if you use the --errlvl option.

Also changed the error levels of a few errors.
