[Ohrrpgce] [Bug 983] plotscript.hsd included in 20130404 nightly is out of date according to same hspeak.exe in same nightly.

Hspeak and custom are in the same directory as the .rpg file and the only
plotscript.hsd.  no .hsd in subdirectories of it.
