[Ohrrpgce] [Bug 983] plotscript.hsd included in 20130404 nightly is out of date according to same hspeak.exe in same nightly.

And your .hss file and plotscr.hsd are also in that folder? Could you please
post the output of hspeak (specifically the names of the files it includes).
Also, while hspeak is running, check the path to the copy of hspeak.exe that
was executed. On Win 8 at least, the titlebar of the HSpeak window show the
full path. Otherwise you can find it using Task Manager. 

You shouldn't get that error if using the latest version of both hspeak and
plotscr.hsd. I tried downloading the nightly hspeak.exe build and tested that.
