When you include a file, HSpeak searches multiple locations. First the
directory containing the main file, then the working directory (which if
launched from Custom may be the directory containing the .RPG file), then the
directory containing hspeak.exe. You seem to have an out of date plotscr.hsd
file in one of those first two directories.
