[Ohrrpgce] [Bug 983] plotscript.hsd included in 20130404 nightly is out of date according to same hspeak.exe in same nightly.

20130408 also reports it's plotscript.hsd as out of date. I have used both the
installer and the zip as well as the seperate hspeak nightly zip.
