The reason it says "Not all of the new features..." is because the graphics drivers are not DirectX stamped though WHQL certified, according to the support website. The site didn't give any indication of known bugs/support issues. My best guess is that the graphics driver needs to be updated, or something's up in the code--a strong probability. ;) Could you try updating the graphics driver?
