    On-death-bequest attacks always count as "blocking"
    (there is never a reason to make them non-blocking)
    
    This fixes the edge case where an enemy in turn-based mode could get stuck
    if the bequest attack was explicitly non-blocking and an obscure backcompat bitset was turned on
