[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Feature Request: Altering Elemental Resistances in battle (Issue #1259)

[Landmaster AXV-25]

This one is pretty self explanatory, the ability to target elemental resistances in battle like any stat to raise/lower them for both heroes and enemies. Don't know how hard to implement this would be however.
