Add padding around almost all menus (move to pMenuX/Y and info lines to pInfoX/Y)

Almost made various small tweaks to some menus.

This fixes a few menus that were adversely affected by increased line spacing:
uicolors/box styles, master palette, hero stats.

The main thing I didn't touch was the map editor proper.
