standardmenu now defaults to 9px line spacing, position 4,4, and autosize_ignore_pixels = 6

Added pMenuX/Y and pInfoX/Y constants for the position of the menu and tooltips.

However, still need to update all calls to standardmenu, as most specify
position 0,0.
