[Ohrrpgce] Unreliable nightly builds?

Okay, separate from the power problem, this seems to be the error that is
stopping the Linux builds from completing:

build/game-gfx_sdl2.o: In function `get_joystick.part.8':
game-gfx_sdl2.c:(.text.get_joystick.part.8+0x6ac): undefined reference to
`SDL_GameControllerTypeForIndex'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
scons: *** [ohrrpgce-game] Error 1

I don't have this problem on my main computer, but it runs Debian 11 and
the build VMs are using an older Debian I think (10?)
