Draw transparent backgrounds (wrapprintbg) behind various menus and messages

Most notably the textbox appearance menu and backdrop editor.

Also, fixed standardmenu drawing a background rect across the screen for
zero-length menu items, when MenuOptions.drawbg was used. This behaviour is
used for .highlight, unwanted for .drawbg
