[Ohrrpgce] ./distrib-win.bat on hrodvitnir branch

This is because it depends on some .dlls named ms*.dll from Visual Studio
which aren't checked into svn because they aren't redistributable. Last
time I believe you copied it from your wip/support director. Actually I
thought I saw somewhere that a script does that automatically.
