[Ohrrpgce] windows nightly vm is annoying

The Windows nightly builds sometimes die with "Fatal: Network error:
Software caused connection abort"

No idea why.

After hrodvitnir releases, I plan to spend some more time trying to get
wine-in-docker builds working

I know there was also that nice cross-compiler for linux->windows builds,
but I remember that didn't help for Euphoria, so I'll still need wine anyway
