[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Android: aspect ratio not preserved (#1194)

This behaviour seems to vat depending on something. (Maybe phone model? Maybe Android version?)

I knew w that on my moto e6 running Android 9, a recent Wandering Hamster apk conspicuously preserves aspect ratio, adding a black letterbox bar on the right, but not on the left
