[Ohrrpgce] Mac nightly build machine down?

Ah, yes, I see.

For whatever reason, svn on my Mac nightly build VM refuses to accept Let's
Encrypt as a trusted CA. This causes svn update to prompt and gets the
whole script stuck.

I usually work around this by manually hitting "p" for accept permanently,
but this isn't really permanent. Eventually it forgets.

This time I found the correct svn command line arguments to make svn update
skip this prompt and always trust the CA no matter what.
