Change XY_WH macro back to safe form, use a different workaround for FB bug sf#922

If you get an error like
 error 7: Expected ')', found '.' in 'rectangle vpages(p), XY_WH(insert_pos, charpos.size), uilook(uiHighlight + dat->insert_tog)'
the workaround is to enclose the argument list to 'rectangle' in brackets. Thanks to fxm.
