[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Map data reset after battle (#1124)

gmap (general map settings), tilemap, passmap and zonemap are reloaded after you fight a battle, although they will be first saved and then loaded if the map is set to remember tile or NPC data. (Map slices aren't recreated.)

But those settings for saving Tile/NPC Data really are meant to be for when you leave a map and come back later. Very few people would expect the map to reset after battle, but it's still the default! We should add a backcompat bit to prevent it. (It would also prevent loading saved map state, if there is any, after a battle).
