Add player-only Windows nightly and stable builds, for the distribmenu.

Until now, distributing for Windows downloaded a "minimal" Windows build
instead, which is many times larger.

Note that Linux and Mac "minimal" .zip/.tar.gz (only Mac uses .tar.gz) files
contain only the player, while Windows "minimal" .zip files contain nearly
everything except vikings and import, and Windows nightlies are actually
"minimal", there are no full nightly Windows packages except the installer. And
Windows/Mac/Linux are all named inconsistently from each other and inconsistent
with the non-minimal packages and inconsistent with how they were named in years
gone by, and in fact inconsistent in every possible way
