[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Crash when starting game, if initial hero definition has been deleted (#40)

Set the initial hero to something, and then delete that hero, and the game will apparently crash inside `evalherotags`. The backtrace would seem to imply that the hero tags cache is corrupt.

Crash report 912f86 (reported by Gaplan).
