Replace many occurrences of exepath with app_dir to fix not finding data/ or ohrhelp/ on Android

exepath is useless on Android (it works for commandline programs but not
apps). app_dir is the location at which the .apk get extracted to.

Normally exepath and app_dir are the same (aside from trailing slash) and I
stuck to exepath where it doesn't matter for Mac/Android.
