Quit menu now supports hero sprites more than 20px tall and resolutions less than 200px wide

Also, draw the whole leader's walkabout slice, not just the sprite component.
The Z and footoffset are temporarily set to zero.

Also add a mouse dead zone at the center of the menu so that the hero doesn't
necessarily immediately move left or right.
