Convert more debugs to showbugs and integers to bools and other cleanup

Also add option to view/edit heroform.reld to Reload Editor

There are still zillions of null slice checks which I've left alone, since I
think some of them can actually happen under normal circumstances (eg reloading
a map).
Better to wait until after a stable release to get aggressive with those.
