[Ohrrpgce] Action required: Update your apps to be 64-bit compliant by August 1, 2019

Yes, I have gotten these too. We'll have to make some changes to the
Android build system to support 64 bit. I don't know how long it will take,
but realistically we will probably miss the August 1st deadline.

I think that means that ohrrrpgce games will stop being installable on 64
bit devices. I don't know how many devices that will affect, or how bad
this will be.

I hate that Google is rushing this, but I can't do anything about it other
than try to fix the builds :(
