[Ohrrpgce] Mac builds and SDL frameworks

Do you need to manually copy distrib-nightly-mac.sh to another location? It
doesn't run a copy out of svn? It looks like the distrib-nightly-mac.sh
that's being run is pre-r11450.

I modified the scripts to the point that I could run them on linux, and
they worked fine.
