Attach recently opened files to crashrpt reports, as long as they're <30KB

Also add the list of recently opened files to crashrpt.xml, even if too large or
no longer exist, and the crash time in seconds since start (this can already be
determined from the minidump and xml, but this is much more convenient and exact
for comparing debug log and recent file timestamps)
