Maintain a log of most recently opened files: log_openfile is called from OPENFILE and elsewhere

Includes any case in which data might be read from a file, including playing
audio, but excludes a few file writes, and copying, moving, renaming or deleting
files.

Also, inworkingdir wasn't declared consistently on C and FB sides (missing
'cdecl')
