Cleanup edgebox overloads - replace 3 with 1 - and DrawRectangleSlice

Split out draw_box_back and draw_box_border from edgebox.
The complexity of edgebox overloads was solely due to accomodating
DrawRectangleSlice, which is avoidable by making it directly call draw_box_*
