Recording of combined editor+player .gifs

The option appears in Custom's F9 menu while a spawned copy of Game is open.
But the recording will continue if Game quits.

This works by Custom telling Game to save a screenshot each tick, which
GIFRecorder in Custom then reads and stacks with the screen from Custom.
