test.rpg: add test for pushable NPC obstruction bugs to Land of Circled Arrows

Also turn off the "Simulate pushable NPC obstruction bug" bit,
and add options to the Testing Scripts menu to call suspend/resume npcs
and suspend/resume npc walls.

Both variants of the bug: pushing an NPC into an NPC (for which we have that
backcompat bit), and pushing an NPC into a wall (actually a zone), which is
