[Ohrrpgce] No more apostrophes in exported constants

Okay, this one is no longer strange at all, just my silly mistake.

I removed all the apostrophes from the actual filenames when I converted to
Ogg, so of course they got removed from my song names when I re-imported
them.

No bug here. nothing to see, move along ;)
