[Ohrrpgce] No more apostrophes in exported constants

Hmm.. this is strange. Using the current wip, Wandering Hamster's exported
.hsi has the apostrophes stripped out of song names...

Oh! I recently replaced all my .mid with .ogg versions of the same songs. I
wonder if my apostrophes got replaced with backticks or something like
that...
