sliceedit: Display "Protected" on protected slices. Add a 'priviledged' mode to slice editor, which allows setting .Protect bit

Currently the Editor Slice Editor and Thingbrowser slice editors are marked
as priviledged. I'd like to make a bunch more stuff editable in this mode,
such as using arbitrary lookup codes, and get rid of the distinction between
running the slice editor from Game or Custom.
