You can now safely copy protected or special slices in the sliceeditor in-game. Add recurse and copy_special args to CloneSliceTree.

If copy_special=NO, the following cleanup is done:
-Root and Special slices get copied as Containers
-Map slices aren't copied at all
-Negative lookup codes get wiped
-Protect bit gets cleared
