When cleaning up old working.tmp dirs, ignore stale __danger.tmp files (more than 1 min old)

This means that either the directory will be deleted if it's almost empty,
or the user will be prompted.

(I thought they couldn't occur without session_info.txt.tmp, but somehow it
happened to me)

Also check for/count, and delete, subdirectories
