Change Ctrl+Backspace combo for cropafter() to Alt+Backspace, and also allow Delete on the <-Record #-> line

Also some prettifiction: switched cropafter from sublist() to multichoice(),
fixed a couple glitches where the menu scrolls up 1 a tick after you enter it,
and minor changes to attack and enemy "add new how" menus.
And deleted a couple lines from textbox editor that were dead since 2008,
took me a while to figure out why they were there.

Ctrl+Backspace was not documented anywhere... so I didn't document this either
