Revert r8588 and r8133, switching back to BGRA colour ordering everywhere.

r8588 broke existing copies of gfx_directx.dll, and I didn't upload a new
build since I didn't realise I'd broken the ABI. It also screwed up colours
when using gfx_present in all backends (it seems that on my machine, SDL
wants 32 bit surfaces in BGRA order)

Now I remember why I wanted to switch to RGBA: the gif encoder requires it
(when trying to record in 32 bit mode) so that was fixed by r8588 and is
now broken again
